OBJECTIVE :

The objective of this Method Statements is a provide guideline, as per SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) Standes, for the CONSTRUCTION of ACCESS ROAD & STRUCTURE PADS.

SCOPE:

This method statement established the specific parameters and procedures for the construction of unpaved access road, structure pad and slop protection from erosion/ encroachment of transmission line for use of Overhead Transmission Line system of National Grid Saudi Arabia (NGCA) under the scope of Project Technical Specification (PTS) and SEC Standards.
